As Deputy Director, Yelena focuses on crafting an environment where high-quality programs and services thrive. She leads key initiatives that contribute to HPP's sustainability, impact, and innovation with an approach that is informed by equity-centered practice, improvement science principles, and mindful leadership. She ensures that HPP's programs are not only impactful but continually evolving and adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of the community. Prior to joining HPP, Yelena spent over a decade supporting nonprofit organizations and hospitals with program planning, implementation, and evaluation. She holds a master’s degree in public health from University of California, Los Angeles.
