Monica has worked in the nonprofit sector for the past 30 years. She has worked with homeless youth/adults, as well as in mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence support, substance use, criminal justice and chronic illness. Monica received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
