With over 25 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, he provides financial leadership that strengthens HPP's capacity to serve families experiencing homelessness. He specializes in building efficient, mission-aligned financial systems that position organizations for long-term sustainability. Biniam holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Asmara and is actively pursuing his CPA license in the state of California.
