Kariithi Kilemi is an entrepreneur and strategic partnerships leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through high-impact partnerships. He is the Founder and CEO of ComVibe, and has previously held roles at Stripe, Meta, and HP, where he led enterprise growth initiatives, strategic alliances, and executive-level partnerships across global markets. Kariithi brings deep experience in governance-relevant areas, including strategy, operational effectiveness, executive stakeholder management, and organizational scaling. In addition to his corporate and entrepreneurial work, he has supported mission-driven organizations focused on economic opportunity and community empowerment, leading fundraising efforts for organizations like The Village Trust Fund, which invests in food security and women’s health in Kenya. He is passionate about helping non-profits scale through partnerships to better support underserved communities. His service on the Homeless Prenatal Program board reflects this commitment.
