Caitlyn Fox

Caitlyn Fox has spent her career working to build a more equitable and just world — from expanding economic opportunity and affordable housing to advancing maternal health and climate solutions. She joins the Board of the Homeless Prenatal Program with deep conviction in HPP's mission to empower low-income and homeless families and combat the interconnected systems that trap families in poverty.

A strategic leader in the social sector, Caitlyn was a founding team member of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, where she served as the organization's first Chief of Staff and, most recently, as Vice President and Head of Strategy, leading initiatives in economic opportunity, affordable housing, and climate technology. Prior to CZI, she was a consultant at Redstone Strategy Group and on the strategy team at the Rockefeller Foundation. She also serves on the Board of TechEquity, and on the Advisory Boards of Equatic and the Institute for Carbon Management at UCLA. Caitlyn holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Brown, and is also a certified and practicing postpartum doula. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and three young children.
