There were times that I was really frustrated with my situation and [my case manager] helped me by reminding me of my end game, which is housing. When I got frustrated, I always heard her voice in my head, reminding me of my end game. I just got housed, and I am very appreciative of her.

My housing specialist is excellent… She worked with my family and has given us 110%. She has given us hope and we are looking forward to our new beginnings with our future. She has made it all possible.
