Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP) is looking for a responsible detail oriented person experienced in non-profit bookkeeping for the position of Financial Assistant.

Essential Duties:

  • Receive accounts payable invoices, post to Quickbooks, cut checks, assemble for payment, mail and file.
  • Record keeping in Excel of benefits, commuter checks, annuity plan.
  • Ensure the receipt and excellent organization of all back-up needed for checks written.
  • Maintain, assemble and file relevant back-up for government invoicing.
  • Manage petty cash and food and gift card voucher program.
  • Collect, distribute and maintain all Human Resources paperwork needed by our PEO, (Professional Employee Organization). Our PEO manages our human resources and payroll.
