» News 2007 Holiday Party
January 2008 Our wonderful volunteer sisters Colleen Driscoll, Mary Uniacke, and Maureen Byrne made delicious homemade deserts. The children played games and enjoyed arts and crafts including decorating edible gingerbread cookies homemade by the Junior League of San Francisco. Santa made a special appearance, giving each child a brightly-wrapped new book and a candy cane, along with a Polaroid photo with Santa. Throughout the party, joyous singing and piano playing was heard, brought to us by a wonderful volunteer Mark Chrisler. HPP thanks everyone who helped make this event possible, especially all of the One Brick volunteers. For many of our families, this may have been the only party the children enjoyed this holiday season. Thank you for making it possible. |
